Main Shops Not Restocking

The shops all say it's been over an hour since they last restock. I think they are still restocking and it's a visual thing but I'm 100% certain.
Pretty sure this isn't the case after watching it for a bit. I changed the title to better match the actual issue.
Bought a few common things out in a few shops to see if they would restock, they definitely should have by now but no dice. I think they're stuck and not restocking.

This explains a lot. 😅 The shops are definitely not restocking.
Edit: Pretty sure alerts are not working either.

I noticed that too. I was hoping it wasn't just me.
Besides Sub Q isn't restocking, there is no new potion lottery winner despite having over 61k tickets sold yesterday. Not sure what is causing the automated portions to not run correctly but can this also be looked into please? I did post in the games forum but no response so wasn't sure how often it is checked.
